At ECV Travel we can talk to you and help provide first hand knowledge on a destination of interest. We have knowledge and resources about your destinations and some of the hotels/all-inclusive options that you plan on staying during your vacation.
ECV Travel will be able to provide more insight/details when booking your trip. In addition we will manage and complete your booking for vacation packages, cruise, group trips, honeymoon, etc.
You can arrange monthly payment plans if necessary. This will alleviate stress and save you time. It will provide you more time to prepare for your vacation.

What is ECV Travel's areas of Expertise?
Vacation packages (Airfare and Hotel/All-Inclusive), Group Trips, Individual and Group Cruises, and All-Inclusive/Hotels. ECV Travel can book trips to the Caribbean, North America, Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia, and South America.
Do I need a passport to travel outside of the United States?
Yes, a passport is needed to travel internationally.
It is strongly suggested for a cruise although you can cruise with a birth certificate if you are an U.S. citizen. The U.S. passport must be renewed every 10 years. If your passport is due to expire soon and plan on traveling, make sure your passport has at least 6 months beyond your departure date so that you will be allowed to travel.

When should I make my booking?
As soon as you are sure which dates you wish to travel, we would advise you to make your reservation. During traditionally busy periods (Christmas, Carnival, Easter, Summer), we would recommend booking as early as possible.
To obtain the lowest airfare must be booked within 14 days or more in advance.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Most of our vendors allow you to make a deposit, with final payment due 30-45 days before travel.
Are there refunds on trips booked with ECV Travel?
The refunds are subject to the vendors terms and conditions. This information will be shared with the customer prior to booking your trip with the vendor. If there are cancellations fees associated with the trip from the vendor, this information will be disclosed to the customer prior to booking and provided to you upon confirmation.
Should I take out travel insurance on vacation packages, cruises, or any type of booking?
Yes, I strongly encourage you to take out travel insurance because you might have to cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as medical illness, death, and other circumstances. The trip protection will cover those circumstances. There are a host of other circumstances that will be covered by trip protection. In addition, the trip protection will cover lost luggage.
What form of payment is accepted?
Any major credit card is currently accepted.
What happens after I make my reservation?
Once you make your reservation, you will receive confirmation of your upcoming trip and access to your Trip Portal. Your Trip Portal will display your account summary as well as your trip information.
You will also receive emails periodically from ECV Travel to prepare you for your trip.
After I make my reservation, how do I make payments?
There are a couple of ways to make payments:
1. Login to Your Trip Portal and send a Payment
2. Submit payment using the ECV Travel Payment Form
3. Contact ECV Travel and make a payment over the phone
